The NEP 2020 Vision
The National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 emphasizes holistic development and the integration of social and emotional learning (SEL) into education. However, its implementation remains far from full-scale, particularly in high income privileged schools. Despite its potential to address critical emotional and social skills, SEL often remains sidelined in these environments. We are committed to identifying and addressing the reasons for the non-adoption of SEL as a standard approach in education, especially in high-income schools.
