FIB’s workshop teaches the fundamentals of emotional regulation—an essential skill that many adults still struggle with today. While emotional regulation is a lifelong journey, many people navigate life without clear guidance on how to manage their emotions effectively. Now, picture a world where we provide children with the tools to develop emotional resilience early on. What if we could nurture deep self-awareness and give them the skills to manage their emotions, helping them face challenges with confidence? This would prepare them for life’s inevitable difficulties and empower them to grow into emotionally intelligent, resilient adults.

What have we planned for you?
Our fun-filled workshop for children is designed to empower children with the tools for essential life skills. They learn through hands-on fun activities, storytelling, sharing circles, etc. that foster a deeper understanding of themselves and their emotions.​
We also have a unique element called the ‘Letter to the Parent’, where we summarise our sessions and provide resources to help you take this journey forward.
